WATER POLO COACH'S CLINIC
IN THE MOUNTAIN ZONE
 
The Mountain Zone and the Utah Water Polo Coach's Association have worked together to bring two of the country's top coaches to Salt Lake City, Utah.  Coach Randall Burgess (Coronado, CA) and Coach Jim Brumm (Foothill, CA) will be at the Kearns Oquirrh Park Fitness Center April 16 to discuss many tactical aspects of the game, as well as season planning, conditioning, game preparation, and more! 
 
The clinic will run from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.  The cost will be $15 which will include lunch and materials.  Email Brad Peercy (bpeercy@kopfc.com) by Thursday, April 14 if you wish to attend.  Checks should be made payable to the Mountain Zone and can be brought to the clinic.
 
Since 1981, Coach Burgess has been the Head Coach of Coronado High School Aquatics (San Diego, CA), the Head Boys Water Polo Coach, the Head Swimming Coach, and the Co-Head Girls Water Polo Coach.  He was an Assistant Coach for the Men's National Junior Team from 1998-2001 and the Head Men's National Junior Coach from 2002-2003.  Randy was also the Head Coach for the West Team at the U.S. Olympic Festival in 1995 and an Assistant Coach for the Men's National Youth Team in 1993.
 
Coach Brumm has been the Head Coach of Foothill High School Aquatics (Orange County, CA) since 1987, the Head Boys Water Polo Coach, the Head Swimming Coach, the Assistant Girls Water Polo Coach, and President and Head Coach of the SoCal Water Polo Foundation.  Jim was the Head Coach for the Men's National Youth Team in 1993, the Assistant Coach for the Men's National Junior Team from 1994-1997, and the Head Coach for the Men's National Junior Team from 1998-2001.
 
These two coaches have produced dozens of college and national team athletes from their programs.  All coaches are invited and encouraged to take advantage of this excellent opportunity!
